Julie Renee & Associates was founded with hope, love and compassion for those that are working to make the world a better place. We exist to build partnerships with those that have an idea and dream but need the support to build a strong foundation while their dreams take form. Just as everyone we serve, Julie Renee & Associates desires to help. We too have a dream and passion to be a part of something bigger that lifts up our communities by supporting individuals and organizations that provide purpose in a way to give back to loyal members of our community.
I founded Julie Renee & Associates because I was blessed with acquiring unique and valuable skills that I want to share with like-minded individuals that have a passion to make a difference but need guidance on structuring and fostering a foundation that sets them up for success. Together I believe a difference can be made. Administrative tasks such as accounting, project management, human resources and various leadership engagements, are often times a second thought as they are time consuming and daunting. We recognize this and the need for a compassionate and understanding hand to help... we want to be that hand.
With over 20 years of experience in financial management and leadership, specifically as both a Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer for a thriving corporation, I am thrilled about the opportunity to bring my expertise in financial oversight, strategic planning, programmatic analytical insight, and compassion for community growth to your respected organization.
During my leadership journey I have led numerous initiatives that enhanced financial reporting, risk management, operational efficiency, and program development, including analyzing the effectiveness it offered to those in our communities. My skills in financial planning, project management, regulatory compliance, process improvement, audit preparation, and budget development, among others, have been finely honed to ensure organizational success. My strengths in leadership, strategic planning, compliance, and risk mitigation have not only supported robust financial and operational frameworks but also fostered strong, results-oriented teams.
My strong educational, financial, operational and human services background, combined with my comprehensive hands-on experience, enables me to effectively drive financial and operational strategies and health to better support those struggling in our community. I have an unwavering passion for building collaborations to ensure individuals and businesses are comprehensively supported so they can deliver much needed services and goods to our communities.
I am genuinely excited about the prospect of working with new and existing clients as we build and maintain partnerships that are fulfilling for both parties. I am eager to bring my skills in financial analysis, budgeting, grant management, financial reporting, project management, human resources, program analytics, and tax preparation and consulting to your organization.
